User Content Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your original User Content and the resulting transcription outputs.
License Grant: By submitting User Content to aivideotranscriber.io, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and temporary license to process, host, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the transcription and AI tools to you.
Data Privacy Guardrail: We do not sell your data. We may use Anonymized Data to improve our core transcription models and system performance.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for market-leading transcription accuracy, AI Video Transcriber does not guarantee 100% error-free outputs, speech recognition accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, aivideotranscriber.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business profits, or revenue) arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
